The heart of our operation, we provide drilling and blasting services to encompass all situations the construction industry might face. Whether it be blasting a knot for a homesite, road construction, or extensive mass rock for large scale site work, we've got you covered. We also do trench blasting for pipeline and utility construction. We are currently fully licensed and insured in NC, SC, and VA but are willing to travel anywhere with advanced notice.

While our operation is set up for the needs of construction focused drilling and blasting, we maintain MSHA certification and are readily equipped to handle production shots for smaller operations, secondary blasting such as high wall stabilization and breaking oversized material. However, we are always looking for new opportunities and have the capability to expand to fit the needs of production blasting with larger DTH drills should the need arise.

Pyrotechnics are the display of fireworks or special effects. Fireworks are the oldest explosives, originating in China in the 2nd century BC. We also provide pyrotechnic special effects for the advertising/film industry. Whether it be fireballs, simulations of machine gun fire, aerial gun runs, or artillery, if you can imagine it, we can bring the effect to life!

A service we offer landowners and farmers is beaver dam removal. Beavers can cause serious damage to property such as unwanted flooding and serious erosion issues. Provided certain conditions are met, we can utilize explosives to dislodge and remove a beaver dam without disturbing the surrounding environment, and oftentimes much faster and cheaper than the cost of using equipment to mechanically remove the dam.

If you have a job or situation that isn't covered by our other services, we can provide professional consulting regarding technical use of explosives in unique situations. Such situations might be demolition, industrial furnace slag removal, concrete washout pits, and well bore perforating and fracking.
